PA to CEO, Creative Social Digital Marketing Co

We’re looking for a bright, proactive PA to work with the CEO, supporting across all areas of the business. This is a hugely varied, fast-paced & hands-on role.
You’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and full of initiative, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
THE JOB
- 930-6 Monday to Friday
- Owning the CEO’s complex, ever-changing diary and inbox across multiple time zones
- Acting as the link between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners – communicating clearly and ensuring priorities on track
- Preparing agendas, research, follow-ups - for key meetings, projects, creative thinktanks
- Organising stylishly and accurately - company initiatives, events, and travel (think Cannes Lions, YouTube Festival, Adobe MAX)
- Managing ad hoc projects, providing personal support - ensuring everything flows seamlessly
THE TEMP
- 2+ years’ experience as an EA or PA for CEO in a fast-paced, creative or digital environment
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Brilliant communicator, personable, confident, and discreet
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Notion, and productivity/AI tools
- A natural problem solver with a “nothing’s too much trouble” attitude
- Genuine interest in digital media, production, or entertainment
