An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive, and charismatic PA to support a celebrated TV chef and author. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and relish the opportunity to act as a trusted right-hand to an inspiring founder at the heart of a successful and growing brand.

Location: Chelsea, London (5 days in)

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Immediate Start: Interviews taking place THIS THURSDAY

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of both business and personal affairs, providing seamless support across multiple projects, events, shoots and commercial activities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Full and complex diary and calendar management
  • Scheduling meetings, media interviews, TV shoots and events
  • Coordinating all logistics, travel arrangements and follow-up actions
  • Managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
  • Organising brand partnerships and TV shoots, including call sheets, travel, props and timings
  • Supporting live events, appearances and book signings
  • Office administration and maintaining efficient filing systems
  • Ad hoc personal support including travel planning, restaurant reservations and household appointments
