A private equity firm is looking for a part time temp Office Manager to cover a maternity leave for 6-12 months!

Hours: 9 - 12 Monday and Thursday (flexible). Occasional full days in the office to support meetings.

The role:

  • Open up the office
  • Let maintenance staff in to see to their duties
  • Check the mailbox and ensure everything is in order in the office (i.e. taps running, lights working etc.)
  • Set up office for meetings
  • Stock fridge/kitchen with drinks and snacks
  • Provide coffee/tea for meetings
  • Arrange lunch
  • Print documents
