A highly successful boutique property investment firm, renowned for its impressive portfolio and continued success in the London property market, is seeking a polished, proactive, and enthusiastic Team PA / Front of House professional to join their stunning open-plan offices in the heart of the West End.

Whether you've gained a year or more in an office environment or have completed relevant internships or work experience during your studies, you'll receive outstanding training within a collaborative, supportive, and social team of twelve.
The Role
- This is a varied position where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
- Being the face of the business β acting as the first point of contact for the firm's HNW and VIP clients, meeting and greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Keeping the office running seamlessly β becoming the go-to person for the team, coordinating meeting rooms, liaising with suppliers, and providing day-to-day administrative support wherever needed.
- Championing team culture β bringing fresh ideas and organising everything from company socials and team lunches to memorable Christmas parties and celebrations. Creating a positive workplace is genuinely important to this business.
- Supporting senior leadership β as you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on PA responsibilities for Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and wider executive support.
