The Role
- Proactive diary and calendar management for the investment team
- Coordinating international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and reservations
- Preparing documents and presentation materials
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, being a true ambassador for the company
- Managing shared inboxes and correspondence
- Assisting with expenses, invoices, and general financial administration
- Overseeing office operations, supplies, and general upkeep

The Candidate
