Looking for a role where every day is different?
Our client is a boutique property business seeking an exceptional Property Manager & Executive Assistant to work closely with their entrepreneurial Managing Director.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves finding solutions. If you're naturally organised, proactive, and take pride in making things happen, you'll feel right at home in this dynamic, people-focused business.
Working across both property management and executive support, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business. From managing a residential property portfolio to supporting the Managing Director with a wide range of business and personal tasks, you'll become a trusted right-hand person in a close-knit team where no two days are ever the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing maintenance and repair works
- Managing the Managing Director's inbox and prioritising communications
- Approving property maintenance and improvement works
- Providing executive support across a variety of business and personal matters
- Attending meetings, following up on key actions, and ensuring projects stay on track
- Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers
- Keeping multiple priorities moving while ensuring every detail is taken care of
We're looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Enjoys balancing multiple priorities and wearing many hats
- Has a practical, solutions-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills
- Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with people at all levels
- Takes initiative, thinks ahead, and enjoys finding better ways of doing things
- Brings a positive, hands‑on attitude and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of a growing business
