An inspiring, charitable, and extremely busy HNWI is seeking a part-time French-speaking Private PA to work 2 days a week from her private residence in Chelsea.
This HNWI leads a phenomenally busy life; travelling extensively, managing a charitable organisation, philanthropic projects, and a jam-packed calendar of seasonal events. This straight-talking but charming individual has exacting standards and requires an experienced Private PA to work at an efficient, meticulous pace.
Duties will include:
- Researching travel and planning trips
- Overseeing all personal finances
- Managing property portfolio including rental properties and overseas property
- Overseeing household maintenance
- Managing utility bills
- Online shopping
- Household management – post, deliveries, maintenance, household staff
- Keeping detailed lists/reports of all expenditures and costs
- Keeping the contact sheet up to date
- Booking private appointments
This person will need to be tech-savvy and good with Mac/Apple products. This Private PA must be experienced, professional, and respectful - used to working within a private home environment, and happy working on their own regularly.
A French Speaker is a must!
