An innovative, luxury creative studio with an inspiring culture and beautifully crafted residential projects is seeking a Team Assistant & Office Manager to join its young, social team of around 20.
This is not a traditional property company. All architecture, design, and construction is delivered in-house, creating a highly creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The culture is young, social, energetic, and supportive, based in a cool, open-plan studio.
The Role:
- Managing the studio and day-to-day office operations
- Meeting and greeting visitors; handling phones and meetings
- Supporting Directors and teams with diary management, travel, and admin
- Coordinating studio events and team socials
- Assisting with marketing, sales enquiries, and content shoots
- Supporting HR admin, onboarding, and finance tasks
The Candidate:
- Proactive, confident, upbeat, and highly organised
- A true people-person with great energy and high EQ
- Detail-oriented, stylish, and happy to muck-in
- Background in property a bonus, but not essential
