Design-led, high-end property developer is seeking a warm, proactive, muck-in and non-precious Team Assistant and Office Manager to join their dynamic and sociable creative studio. This is a varied, people-facing role at the heart of a fun, ambitious and fast-paced team.

START DATE ASAP – Will wait up to 2 weeks' notice max

The Role:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and act as front-of-house
  • Meet and greet visitors; manage calls, inbox, post and deliveries
  • Support the Directors and team with proactive administrative, diary and travel
  • Manage meeting rooms, agendas, refreshments and minutes
  • Liaise with architects, designers, PR, photographers and external suppliers
  • Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-stocked studio environment
  • Support onboarding, HR admin and team wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration
  • Support marketing activity, content shoots and website updates
  • Organise team socials, events and studio celebrations

The Candidate:

  • Hard-working, upbeat and highly organised with a β€œcan-do” attitude
  • A natural people person with strong emotional intelligence
  • Meticulous eye for detail and pride in creating a great workplace
  • Happy to muck in, no task too big or too small
  • Some office experience required (internships/part-time whilst studying/grad schemes ok)
  • Creative studio, property, architecture or design experience/interest
