Our client is seeking an Office Administrator & Junior PA to become a key member of their sociable, ambitious team. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders and the inner workings of a high-performing investment business. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing direct support to two Partners and the wider team.

The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on position combining PA support, office administration, and operational coordination, offering real responsibility and exposure from day one. You will support two Partners and the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy, professional office environment.
Key responsibilities include managing complex diaries and travel, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining CRM records, preparing documents and presentations, processing expenses, and acting as a central point of support across the business. You will also oversee day-to-day office operations, manage suppliers, maintain meeting rooms, and deliver a first-class experience for clients and visitors.
