Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to temp for an influential and highly regarded political organisation during a hugely exciting time in politics? Do you have experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced industry? Are you immediately available and looking to join a tight-knit, supportive, and inspiring team?
You will need to be flexible and reactive, and confident enough to gatekeep and push back where necessary. An interest, or degree in politics would be fantastic!
Core hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Location: London (hybrid 3/2)
Salary: £18–£19.50 per hour
Start date: ASAP – interviews next week! Potential start date Monday 18th May, for at least four weeks
Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management
- Acting as gatekeeper
- Organising UK travel
- Booking restaurants
- Processing expenses
- Organising internal meetings, including note-taking and distributing actions
- Supporting with upcoming events
- Ad hoc admin
