A leading global property business is looking for an experienced PA to support a highly respected Senior Director within a specialist division. This is a high-level, fast-paced role supporting a senior individual who works with UHNW clients and some of the UK’s most prestigious properties. The Role
A varied position requiring someone highly organised, discreet and confident working at pace. Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary, travel and meeting management
- Senior client and stakeholder liaison
- Drafting correspondence, reports, presentations and business documents
- Coordinating property, marketing and administrative activity
- Supporting events, client entertainment and business development
- Maintaining CRM, property and internal systems
- Assisting with compliance, invoicing and reporting
- Managing confidential information and sensitive matters
- General private-office and administrative support
About You
You will have solid PA/EA experience, ideally supporting a senior individual in a demanding, client-facing environment.
Property experience is advantageous but not essential. Experience within professional services, private office, luxury, property or another high-service environment would be relevant.
You will be:

- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Polished and professional with an excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable dealing with UHNW clients and senior stakeholders
