You will be supporting a long-standing and influential member of the leadership team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The role is a true 1:1, highly varied and demanding, requiring confidence, discretion and exceptional organisation. You will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy senior schedule while supporting wider divisional activity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full and complex diary management, including meetings, travel and logistics
  • Preparing briefing notes, agendas and presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Organising and attending internal meetings; producing agendas and minutes
  • Preparing monthly board-level briefing papers
  • Issuing communications across the wider residential division
  • Managing expenses, purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Coordinating internal and external events
  • Supporting divisional activity alongside HR, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Supporting appraisal administration and wider business initiatives

You will be/have:

  • An experienced, confident EA or senior PA with proven 1:1 support experience, ideally within property or a large corporate environment
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Confident, professional and comfortable supporting at senior leadership level
  • Warm, engaging and diplomatic, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Discreet, detail-focused and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Comfortable upwardly managing and anticipating needs
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • A fast and accurate typist with exceptional spelling and grammar
  • Well-presented and credible at all levels
