Role: We are looking for a confident, polished, and highly organised EA who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, senior environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CFO, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring the smooth running of the executive office.
This is a hands‑on and varied EA role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, managing competing priorities, and confidently working with senior stakeholders.
You will be based in modern offices in central London, working alongside an established executive support team.
Key Responsibilities Manage the CFO’s complex diary, prioritising meetings, requests, and commitments while ensuring effective use of time.
Act as a key point of contact on behalf of the CFO, communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage day‑to‑day administrative responsibilities including email management, expenses, travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination.
Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating papers, recording actions, and ensuring follow‑ups are completed.
Monitor priorities, track key actions, identify potential issues, and ensure the CFO is kept informed of important developments.
Organise and coordinate senior‑level events including strategy days, conferences, business meetings, office visits, and dinners.
Build strong relationships across the organisation, working closely with senior leaders and executive support teams.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities for senior hires, including raising requests, coordinating introductions, preparing induction schedules, and arranging equipment.
Provide proactive support to improve processes and ensure the executive office operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience supporting a C‑suite executive, CFO, Board member, or senior leadership team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
A proactive mindset with strong judgement and the confidence to make decisions when required.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities.
A strong service mindset and commitment to providing exceptional support.
Experience supporting financial processes and/or monitoring budgets.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Power Point, Teams, and One Note.
Flexibility to support wider business needs, including occasional travel within the UK.
