We are seeking a bright, switched‐on and driven EA to support a UHNW Founder. Based in the private family office, and working in partnership with a Senior EA, you will be providing exceptional right‐hand support, both on the business and private side – managing a hectic diary and coordinating exclusive and confidential projects. You will be constantly thinking ahead, optimising their time and ensuring nothing is missed.
Responsibilities:
- Complex and frequently changing diary management
- Heavy international travel coordination
- Scheduling meetings and personal appointments
- Hotel and restaurant bookings – securing the best tables
- Managing several properties
- Acting as an ambassador for the Principal
- Events organisation
- Gifting
We are looking for a top EA who is intelligent and calm with a minimum of 3 years of previous EA/Private PA experience, who enjoys working in a fast‐paced role – a background in boutique finance, along with some private/family office experience, would work well. The successful candidate is likely to be an impressive and switched‐on graduate with a strategic approach who is able to think on their feet. Someone savvy, personable, collaborative and supremely organised with some previous experience supporting a UHNWI. A team player with an acute eye for detail and a trusted black book of contacts – and most importantly – a good sense of humour!
