A young private couple are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and discreet Travelling Private PA / House Manager / Chief of Staff to oversee their personal and household affairs across multiple international residences.
Based primarily in Knightsbridge, London, the successful candidate will travel regularly to Abu Dhabi and Cairo, ensuring the seamless management of the principals' private lives, residences, travel arrangements, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive private PA support to the principals.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple private residences.
- Coordinate complex international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Manage the administration relating to a private yacht and private aircraft.
- Liaise with and oversee household staff and external service providers across all locations.
- Manage and follow up with teams to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Anticipate the principals' needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Act as a trusted right-hand person, relieving the principals of day-to-day operational pressures.
