Join a High-Performing Property Team - £35K DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a successful and well-established lettings team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role.

You’ll be highly organised, confident dealing with people at all levels and someone who takes ownership of their workload.

You’ll spot the detail others might miss, keep things moving when the pressure is on and play an important role in maintaining the high standards and reputation of the business.

The Role

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Coordinate the marketing of new properties, ensuring all required anti-money laundering checks, compliance documentation and pre-marketing requirements are completed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, ensuring information across internal systems and marketing platforms is correct.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including arranging professional photography, floorplans, EPCs and other marketing requirements.
  • Manage invoices, expenses and general administration, supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the lettings office.
  • Work closely with the wider lettings team to ensure the lettings process runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Previous experience within property is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine team-player mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A polished and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
