We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join a leading independent day school in West London as an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the schoolβs thriving Development Office, supporting its fundraising initiatives and events.
The Role
As Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Development Office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate donor records and processing gifts
- Conducting research to support fundraising and engagement initiatives
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of events
- Providing general administrative support to the Development team
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong administrative and organisational skills

Working Arrangements
This is an office-based role. Working hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.00am β 5.00pm
