We’re on the lookout for a junior superstar ready to kick-start their career by joining a social, buzzy private equity growth investor at a genuinely exciting time.
As the Office Junior PA and Admin Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of the office, the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll provide vital support to the EA/Office Manager, deliver PA support to two Partners, assist the wider team, and help ensure the office and meeting rooms are always running like clockwork.
Your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, from coordinating meeting rooms and managing office administration to printing and binding, keeping the office and kitchen looking great, distributing post and packages, answering calls, and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
You’ll be outgoing, friendly, highly organised, and bring a real can-do, say-yes attitude to everything you do. Based in beautiful offices in central London.
