I am looking for someone to join a small, tight-knit office as a part-time Accounts Payable & Procurement Administrator. The fit for this role is key - we’re looking for someone warm, friendly, and committed to part-time work only.
Core hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (part-time, 3 days per week)
Location: Mayfair
Salary: £46k pro rata (£28k take-home)
Start date: ASAP (notice periods will be considered)
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, duties will include:
- Entering suppliers’ invoices and raising approvals on the company Probatus platform
- Requesting POs and initiating payments with the appropriate teams
- End-of-month bank statement reconciliation
- Processing credit card and cash expenses
- Managing payments to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
- Ensuring remittance information is received and forwarded to suppliers as needed
- Bookkeeping duties
- Liaising with the bank, auditors, and tax and payroll advisers
- Credit control and chasing outstanding invoices
- Maintaining office invoicing trackers
- Ordering office supplies
- Arranging couriers
- General office administration
- Answering telephones
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
This is a part-time role - three days a week in the office (one day must be Friday; the other two are flexible).
