Overview
Private Household PA/House Manager (Part-Time) β Knightsbridge, London
2 consecutive days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday), 9:00am β 5:00pm. Required to work from a private residence in Knightsbridge.
Contract: Self-employed
Rate: Β£35 per hour (16 hours per week)
This role supports a high-net-worth family in their private residence in Knightsbridge. It is a long-term, part-time opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a private household environment and can confidently oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Responsibilities
- Managing all private PA duties for the family.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the household.
- Coordinating and supervising builders, contractors, cleaners, and other household service providers.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring household projects and maintenance are completed efficiently.
- Providing proactive administrative and organisational support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private PA and/or House Manager within a London private household is essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Calm, discreet, professional, and able to work independently.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Immaculately presented with excellent written and spoken English.
- Looking for a long-term, part-time position.
This role may particularly suit someone who already has another part-time position and is looking to complement their existing work schedule, or someone seeking a consistent two-day-per-week role.
