An established private markets investment platform is seeking a high-calibre Investor Relations Analyst to support fundraising, investor servicing, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years’ experience looking to build a long-term career in institutional fundraising and gain broad exposure across the investor lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising execution by maintaining the investor pipeline, preparing materials, tracking activity, and assisting with meetings, roadshows, and reporting.
  • Manage investor servicing processes, including handling queries, coordinating responses across internal teams, liaising with external providers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of DDQ and RFP responses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across all due diligence materials.
  • Contribute to investor reporting and communications, including drafting reports, supporting key meetings, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Assist with governance, compliance, and ESG processes by maintaining documentation, coordinating data collection, and supporting internal and external reporting requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years’ experience in investor relations, private markets, or a placement agent.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
