Job Description

An exciting, high-growth medical-tech start-up is looking for an impressive People Operations Specialist – a varied role combining HR, Operations and EA duties.

Located in Central London, they are expanding rapidly, revolutionising the medical industry using AI to help diagnose and treat patients earlier than ever before. The role: HR, Operations and EA support

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • Manage HR operations – onboarding, offboarding, contracts, employee handbooks, payroll and benefits
  • \\n\\t

  • Revise existing and implement new HR policies 
  • \\n\\t

  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent 
  • \\n\\t

  • Support performance management in the team – goal setting, reviews, and development 
  • \\n\\t

  • Manage the recruitment process – job postings, interviews and organising events 
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • \\n\\t

  • Book global travel and accommodation for the founder
  • \\n\\t

  • Event planning – external client, recruitment and company-wide
  • \\n

You must have:

\\n\\n

    \\n\\t
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience (ideally 5+) in a similar role
  • \\n\\t

  • Previous HR/Operations experience
  • \\n\\t

  • Some experience as a PA/completing PA-related tasks
  • \\n\\t

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • \\n\\t

  • A quick learner who can grasp technology easily and proactively handle tasks
  • \\n\\t

  • Strong organisational skills and a "think ahead" attitude.
  • \\n\\t

  • Ideally some previous experience in a start-up or small, fast-growing company (not essential)
  • \\n
