Job Description
We are looking to hire an upbeat, energetic Family/Private PA to work out of a principals home in Central London.

You will oversee all daily admin and household management of a large London townhouse, acting as a Private PA and Family Assistant, responsible for running every aspect of the principals' personal/family life, overseeing their home.
\\n\\n
All PAs applying need a minimum of 2 years Private PA experience and ideally have previously worked for a family with teenagers before.
\\n\\n
Although a purely Private PA role, you must be tech savvy with excellent written/IT skills as home is run in a highly efficient, professional way. This is a heavily admin based role but we are looking for a flexible PA used to working in a family environment.

You will be required to work 4 days out of a house, 5th day can be remote working if required.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling appointments, events
- Keeping various calendars regularly updated
- Overseeing household budgets/ expenditure
- Hiring and retention of domestic staff, implementing staff rota
- Organising all household maintenance/snagging issues, overseeing contractors/suppliers
- Dealing with all guests/visitors
- Overseeing school admin for 2 teenagers, sports/social clubs, appointments etc
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants, office EA
- Overseeing all vehicle insurances/tax/ serving
- Researching holidays/projects
- Ordering all household supplies/purchasing
