An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding private investment business in the heart of London.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced PA, EA to become an integral part of a high-performing team, supporting a Principal across both professional and personal matters. The role:
- Extensive diary, correspondence and call management, coordinating meetings, conference calls and complex international travel
- Managing personal arrangements, events, bookings, ad-hoc requests and errands
- Overseeing the purchase, restoration, delivery and installation of items within the art portfolio
- Maintaining accurate records, inventories, documentation, contacts, budgets and expenditure in liaison with Finance
- Supporting household staff and coordinating with Property, Household and Interiors teams
- Managing external suppliers, including negotiating contracts, rates and services
- Undertaking research, purchases, negotiations and wider firm-wide projects as required Providing proactive, highly confidential support to the Principal and wider team at all times
You
- Excellent academic record, including a minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent
- Ideally 5+ years' experience as a PA, EA or within a Family/Private Office environment
- Strong IT skills Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Diplomatic, discreet and comfortable working with senior individuals and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with legal documentation, HR/employment matters and basic accounting or record-keeping would be advantageous
