Family Office Portfolio Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding finance business in the heart of London.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to become an integral part of a high-performing team. Offering genuine variety, responsibility and autonomy, the role provides the opportunity to take ownership of an exceptional residential portfolio.

Up to £80K DOE

The role

• Preparing residences for clients, family and guests, often at short notice, coordinating with household teams and external contractors
• Making sure all building safety and compliance is up to date, including fire safety, health and safety, insurance and landlord obligations
• Managing relationships with agents, tenants, and managing agents
• Monitoring property performance and expenditure, including utilities
• Working closely with the Property Director and wider family office team on reporting and providing clear updates, tracking outstanding works and helping to continuously improve the way the portfolio is managed

You

• Highly intelligent with exceptional academics – 2.1 or first from a Russell Group university (or similar).
• Strong EQ with excellent communication skills
• Numerate
• Ideally, you will bring a minimum of five years’ experience within the property sector, with previous exposure to family offices or high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable.
• Previous experience overseeing luxury or super-prime residential properties, with confidence managing tenant relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.
