My clients are an UHNW philanthropic professional with a fabulous home in West London and an estate in the county. I am looking for an experienced Executive Private PA to manage their busy professional and personal life.
The Principal is a member of a prominent family, charming, very understated and private - not a celebrity. They are looking for a Private PA who has excellent written and communication skills, is discreet, well-mannered, calm, cultured and very personable. Someone agile and used to working fast-paced, and has excellent attention to detail.
The role is very varied and very busy; you will be managing:
- complex diaries
- international travel
- household staff in and outside London
- business and personal appointments/meetings
- organising personal events
- liaising with their private family office
- meeting preparation, meeting reminders
- high-value asset management
- correspondence
- researching and arranging personal travel/holidays, etc.
- personal and some business activities
- organising and assisting with everything to do with their private life
This role would suit a Private PA with at least 10 years’ experience working with UHNW individuals or families, who has gravitas and loads of common sense, someone who is looking for a long-term role and is happy working 5 days from their respectful principals’ beautiful home office.
