Key Responsibilities
- Supporting new and existing business growth
- Driving channel sales and key account relationships
- Providing strategic and operational support to the Founder
- Managing enquiries, priorities, and information flow
- Preparing and supporting meetings, presentations, and materials
- Representing the brand at industry and networking events
- Leading projects across product development and launches
- Overseeing business administration and operations
- Maintaining a holistic view of performance and activity
- Contributing strategic and creative ideas to drive growth
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience as a PA, Business Assistant, Account Manager, or similar
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, polished, and professional with clients and senior stakeholders
- Flexible, hands-on, and happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- A genuine interest in nutrition, wellness, and purpose-driven brands
