The role involves taking ownership of complex diaries and calendars, keeping priorities on track. Responsibilities include coordinating international and domestic travel with precision and foresight, preparing polished documents, reports, and briefing packs for senior meetings, and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business, planning and delivering events that reflect the organisation’s professional image, and providing occasional personal assistance to ensure a smooth work-life balance for the executives.

You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar EA or PA role, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives or board-level leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a natural ability to build rapport. Strong judgement, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information are required. A proactive problem-solver who thrives on staying one step ahead is ideal. Candidates should be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with sharp attention to detail, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting. A positive, resilient team player with energy, humour, and a can-do mindset is preferred.
