You’ll be the person families trust to understand what their child needs, find the right tutors and make the whole process effortless.
From placing an exceptional tutor to creating a complete education programme for a family travelling around the world, no two clients are the same.
- What you’ll be doing
- Speaking with families and selling bespoke tuition services
- Making sales calls by phone and email
- Building strong relationships with families and recommending tutors who are the right fit academically and personally.
- Managing ongoing relationships with families, tutors and schools.
- Keeping on top of multiple clients, calls, emails and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- We’re looking for someone who has
- Natural confidence and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Energy, ambition and exceptional attention to detail. Discretion, emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to safeguarding.
Education experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
