We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support four senior-level executives in a dynamic central London office. This is a pivotal role for a confident, capable and experienced assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to four senior-level executives
  • Manage complex diaries , meetings, inboxes, correspondence , and expenses
  • Organise UK and international travel , including logistics and itineraries
  • Liaise with stakeholders for approvals, document signing, and legalisation
  • Act as first point of contact for IT queries , coordinating with providers
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure policy compliance
  • Support ad-hoc admin tasks and team projects with a positive, hands-on approach

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years\’ experience in a senior-level support role
  • Strong diary management and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication, attention to detai l, and organisational ability
