An industry-leading, established, and progressive global company is seeking a stellar Executive Assistant to support its highly regarded CEO in a true ‘right-hand’ business capacity. The role is working 5 days a week in buzzy, fast-paced, and social offices in Central London.
This charismatic, straight-talking, and communicative CEO is seeking a next-level Executive Assistant who can effectively manage him, liaise with senior stakeholders, hold the fort in his absence, and make the impossible possible.
This EA role is 90% Business support:
- Gate-keeper for the CEO in all areas of the business
- Extensive and complex diary management, including the setting up of meetings
- Internal and external representation of the CEO
- Proofreading correspondence
- Attending meetings with the CEO
- Planning internal and external events
- Expenses
- Minutes, board-packs, agendas
- PowerPoint presentations
- Manage all staff illnesses/holiday requests
- Mentor of other company EAs
- Adhoc private support
