An exciting opportunity for a bright, commercially minded and highly organised EA to support an ambitious entrepreneur across a diverse portfolio of business interests, including an international entertainment and sports agency, talent representation and property.
Initially home-based, the role will transition to a hybrid arrangement, including time in a new London office (often five days a week) and at the Principal’s home in Surrey. Some European travel will also be required.
The Role
A varied, fast-paced position combining executive, operational and personal support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex diary, inbox, travel and meeting preparation, with occasional meeting attendance.
- Acting as gatekeeper and liaising with senior stakeholders, professional advisers and external contacts.
- Coordinating the sourcing and fit-out of a new London office, including contractors and suppliers.
- Managing expenses, insurance renewals and business administration.
- Supporting property matters, household arrangements and a new-build project.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, including mortgage applications, art acquisitions and cost efficiencies.
- Improving systems and processes to support the growing businesses.
- Personal assistance including coordinating holidays, family arrangements and other personal commitments as required.
The role will evolve, offering increasing responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Ideal Candidate
An ambitious, switched-on EA who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys variety and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
You will ideally have:
- Experience supporting an entrepreneur or working within a start-up or growing business.
- Exceptional organisation, initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and work at pace.
- A polished, commercially aware and resourceful approach, with excellent judgement.
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels and managing competing priorities.
- Discretion and experience supporting a Principal with high expectations.
- The ability to introduce structure, improve processes and work independently.
- A genuine appetite for growth, responsibility and a long-term opportunity.
An excellent opportunity for a driven EA to become an integral part of a growing business portfolio, with the scope to develop alongside a young and ambitious entrepreneur.
