Working as part of a close-knit team of Executive Assistants who genuinely support one another, you will provide high-level assistance to senior leaders while acting as a trusted partner, helping to drive efficiency, coordination, and organisation across a fast-paced global operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating complex international travel arrangements
- Scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, and supporting documentation
- Attending meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are captured where required
- Acting as a gatekeeper and managing stakeholder communications
- Anticipating scheduling conflicts and proactively finding solutions
- Supporting wider business initiatives and projects on an ad hoc basis
- Assisting with company events, employee engagement activities, and team socials
About you:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant
- Proven experience managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident, articulate, and able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and strong personalities
- Adaptable, flexible, and happy to embrace change in a fast-moving environment
