A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly successful international organisation, supporting a small number of senior executives in a busy and professional London office.
This is a varied and high-profile role, suited to an accomplished EA who enjoys working at pace, is highly organised and takes real pride in providing first-class support.
The Role
As EA to three senior Principals, you will provide comprehensive executive support across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls and senior-level appointments
- Arranging extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and visas
- Managing emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries
- Preparing meeting papers, presentations and other documentation
- Proofreading and reviewing documents
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, international offices and external contacts
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Supporting ad hoc projects and wider administrative requirements
- Anticipating requirements and ensuring everything is organised well in advance
About You
The successful candidate will have previous relevant EA experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment and will be confident taking ownership of a busy workload.
You will be:
- An experienced and polished EA with excellent organisational skills
- Highly capable of managing complex, ever-changing diaries and travel
- Discreet, trustworthy and accustomed to handling highly confidential information
- Proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- A confident and personable communicator
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and international contacts
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Outlook skills essential
- Flexible and willing to go the extra mile when required
3–4 years' experience in a similar EA role is required. A secretarial course is a bonus.
