This is more than just a support role – it\’s a chance to be at the centre of strategic decision-making and major projects.Currently based in Farnham, my client is moving to vibrant, modern offices in Farnborough in just a few months. What You’ll Do: Be the right hand to our CEO, Board, and SLT -managing complex calendars, inboxes, and international travel with precision.

Lead the organisation of Board meetings, from agendas to minute-taking to follow-ups.

Drive the logistics of our office relocation project.

Own internal communication flows and supplier coordination.

Support a welcoming, efficient front office and help keep the workplace running smoothly.

Partner with HR on onboarding new hires-helping build our brilliant team.

Play a key role in planning and executing internal and external events.

What You’ll Bring: 3+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant or Operations roles.

Exceptional organisational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.

A confident, polished communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, can-do attitude.

Experience with office relocations (bonus points!).

Background in manufacturing or regulated industries (even better!).

Willingness to travel occasionally and support where it counts.
