This is a newly created, pivotal role supporting the Chief People Officer, with an impressive background in top-tier financial institutions. This is a fast-paced, varied EA role, requiring outstanding organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion.

The team is close-knit, professional, and international in scope. The office atmosphere is polished and focused, but not without personality – they work hard but enjoy regular social events and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating complex travel and logistics
  • Interview scheduling and HR coordination
  • Onboarding assistance for new joiners
  • Preparation of compensation reports and confidential documents
  • Creating high-quality presentations and board-level reports
  • Event coordination (offsites, internal events, etc.)
  • General administrative support (filing, printing, formatting)
