What You’ll Do: Be the right hand to our CEO, Board, and SLT - managing complex calendars, inboxes, and international travel with precision.

\\n\\n\\n\\n

Lead the organisation of Board meetings, from agendas to minute-taking to follow-ups.

\\n\\n\\n\\n

Drive the logistics of our office relocation project.

\\n\\n\\n\\n

Own internal communication flows and supplier coordination.

\\n\\n\\n\\n

Support a welcoming, efficient front office and help keep the workplace running smoothly.

Partner with HR on onboarding new hires - helping build our brilliant team.

Play a key role in planning and executing internal and external events.

What You’ll Bring: 3+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant or Operations roles.
