A very busy and delightful young UHNW couple are looking for an experienced, proactive, very efficient but thoughtful and kind Private Personal Assistant to support them and their family in every aspect of their personal lives.
The role is largely remote, with regular visits and meetings at their substantial home in North London, so the right candidate will be within reasonable access.
The family currently use a concierge company for some of the tasks, like booking restaurants and travel, but they now need a Private PA dedicated to them who takes care of everything.
- Wife and family diaries, liaising with husband's EA
- Extensive personal travel (commercial & private), accommodation, ground transportation, itineraries, etc., including research for activities – adults and children
- Yacht and helicopter charters
- Restaurant booking, etc.
- Family Inbox management
- Research into schools, tutors, etc
- Manage private members' club memberships
- Oversee household staff and 2 nannies on a rota
- Recruit household staff when needed
- Manage all insurance for properties, assets, cars and medical, etc.
- Oversee luxury assets – art, cars, etc.
- Manage all personal events, parties incl. caterers, flowers, waiting staff, etc.
- All property management for London home
- Assist with refurbishment and staff for Ibiza 2nd home
- Personal shopping and personal appointments for all the family
- Occasional support to extended families
- Assist with their philanthropic interests
- Any ad hoc personal projects
Candidiate
- 5 years' private PA experience for an UHNW couple or family
- High EQ, not overbearing
- Needs to live within reasonable access of Regents Park
- Doesn't need to be a driver
- Bright, switched-on, flexible, friendly, proactive
