We are looking for an experienced and exceptional top Senior EA & Chief of Staff to join a hugely successful, privately owned and fast-moving business to provide right-hand support to the extremely busy UNHW CEO.
A newly created position, this is the perfect opportunity to make the role your own. You will be providing top right-hand Senior EA support to the charming CEO and will be liaising regularly with the Private PA.
Duties will include:
- Extensive diary and calendar management and coordination of complex itineraries
- Scheduling business and private appointments
- Travel coordination across time zones, including private charters and visas
- Managing communication – dealing with emails and phone calls
- Gatekeeping and serving as the first point of contact
- Tracking expenses and invoices
- Prepare and proofread documents and presentations
- Liaising with the Private PA and Household Staff
- Occasional travel to accompany the CEO
The successful candidate will be a graduate/degree calibre, well-spoken and polished, a top ambassador for the CEO, someone polished with common sense, brilliant people skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels with ease and an understanding of the challenge of managing a very busy work and home life.
We are looking for solid previous relevant Senior EA/Chief of Staff experience and proven longevity in previous EA positions.
With an interest in what is going on in the world, you will be an expert travel coordinator, used to organising private jets at a moment’s notice. A bright, committed and loyal team player with integrity who is patient and highly discreet, able to hit the ground running, ask questions with confidence and build trust whilst thinking ahead.
