This role is ideally suited to a recent academic graduate (2:1 or First-Class degree preferred, from a leading university) seeking a first role in the private PA space. You will work closely with a private family in a fast‑paced, intellectually demanding environment that requires absolute discretion, initiative, and emotional maturity.
Please note: this is a fully on‑site role within a private residence; remote working is not available.
You will support the private family across all core Private PA responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Complex diary and travel management
- Research projects, document preparation, and summarising information

- Managing logistics, events, and entertainment
- Overseeing school calendars and wider family schedules
- Liaising with household and domestic staff
You will be based within the private residence and work alongside a wider household team.
