A dynamic and driven UHNW entrepreneur is looking for a Business Assistant/Operations professional to be his right-hand in a well-funded, fast-growing AI start-up. The principal is very generous, a good communicator, open-minded, easy-going, and down-to-earth.

Initially, working with a small team with big ambitions. Looking for someone smart to own operations end-to-end, working directly with the Founder/CEO: contractors, hiring, legal, office, visas – the full stack of making things work.

5 days in the office until settled in, then hybrid with flexibility.

They are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who can work autonomously and doesn’t need handholding. Someone who sees a problem, figures out the best way to solve it, and gets it done.

Business Assistant - Operations – business partnership with the principal
  • First responsibility will be to find a spectacular office that can accommodate 20-30 people.
  • Run operations autonomously: contractors, lawyers, service providers – you manage them, not the other way around.
  • Handle people ops: hiring (direct + via Deel/similar), taxes, insurance, pensions – through providers but under your control.
  • Project-manage the physical stuff: office search, negotiations, fit-out, equipment, deadlines.
  • Be the second brain on documents: review, catch issues, suggest edits that protect the company.
  • Keep things moving: CEO calendar, key meetings, decisions tracked, follow-ups done.
What matters to them
  • Intellect over credentials.
  • Problem-solving as a skill.
  • Early adopter mindset.
  • Ownership. 'That’s not my job' doesn’t exist here. If it needs doing and you can do it, you do it.
  • Self-directed. You don’t need a boss. You understand company priorities, identify what needs solving, and either solve it yourself or pull the CEO in when his input is needed. Comfortable driving things forward without waiting for instructions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in BA / Senior Executive Assistant / Operations.
  • Fluent English (Russian is a plus – not essential).
  • Based in London, willing to work from the office (hybrid after probation).
