Are you a sharp, organised Business Assistant with experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent? We are looking for an admin superstar to hit the ground running and join a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread client-facing materials using existing templates
  • Create and manage job records; keep all data accurate and up to date
  • Support ad hoc client reports and ATS processes
  • Monitor the shared inbox and respond efficiently
  • Manage gift cards, incentives, and operational projects as needed

What you’ll bring:
