An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Travelling Butler to support an international VIP businessman and philanthropist. The successful candidate will act as the principal’s right hand while travelling, accompanying him on every flight and ensuring all movements, meetings and logistics run seamlessly. You will travel globally for up to eight months of the year, providing exceptional personal assistance and professional service throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily schedule and coordinating appointments
- Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and discretion at all times
- Unpacking and organising luggage and personal items
- Preparing teas, coffees, and other refreshments
- Ordering food deliveries and overseeing dining arrangements
- Setting up virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Liaising with travel staff, drivers, and hotel personnel
Trips typically last up to six weeks at a time, followed by two to three weeks of downtime when the principal is at home.
Ideal candidate:
- Flexible, discreet, and highly organised
- Must hold a UK, EU, or US passport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
