TEMP: Administrative Assistant for Famous Hedgefund

Famous, hugely successful Company needs an exceptional Temp for an interesting and challenging role

NEED 2+ years experience working in an office

Available for the next 6++months!

Temp role responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of INCREDIBLE residential properties
• Preparing properties for family and guests, working with household staff
• Processing orders and deliveries
• Scheduling appointments for maintenance work
• Processing payments
• Maintain filing systems, overseeing utilities accounts and supplier management
• Preparing reports, assisting in budgeting
• Research and manage suppliers and contractors
• Collate regular reports for clients
• Refining and enhancing operational procedures
• Manage and monitorting personal work progress

For this role we need temps who are:

• looking for their next role - need 2+ years experience in an office
• Super-intelligent grads with scientific/Mathematical degree, IDEALLY Russel Group or equivalent
• 2 As, 1 B at A Level minimum
• Articulate, quick, great attention to detail
• Confident, great communication skills
• Team player/collaborative
• Committed, flexible, hard working individuals
• 5 days in the office
• Very well presented

But the most important thing is that the temp is solution-focused, loves a seriously-fast pace, where ‘excellence’ is taken for granted!
