You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and support of exciting property development initiatives. You’ll work closely with project surveyors, consultants, and contractors, keeping the engine running behind the scenes of complex refurbishment and maintenance projects. You’ll also contribute to broader administrative support across the business, collaborating with a professional admin team to deliver first‑class service.
The role:
- Be the lynchpin of the team, you will enjoy being the go‑to and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Keep project financial data and forecast reports up to date using internal systems (MRI/Excel), helping the team stay on top of budgets and reporting.
- Coordinate document control and contract administration, from Health & Safety files to warranties and tender documentation.
- Manage contractor onboarding, track risk exposure, and maintain organised digital records.
- Provide proactive administrative support; minute‑taking, formatting, printing, and general support for high‑volume or time‑sensitive tasks.

- IT savvy – strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Detail orientated, able to work at pace.
- Previous experience using accounting or property systems is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written English and document formatting skills.
