A renowned creative design studio is seeking an organised, proactive, and personable Office Coordinator to become an integral part of their dynamic team. You’ll be at the heart of the studio’s operations, the friendly problem-solver who ensures that designers, clients, and suppliers all have what they need. Every day will bring something different, from coordinating schedules to liaising with high-profile clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments for team members
  • Coordinating studio communications, documents, and progress reports
  • Attending project meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Processing and tracking timesheets, invoices, and supplier details
  • Supporting new team members with onboarding and IT setup
  • Monitoring leave and ensuring studio resources run efficiently
