Are you well-travelled and experienced in booking luxury travel? Are you the person everyone comes to when they need the best hotel, the hardest-to-get reservation or a perfect last-minute escape?
We’re looking for a travel-obsessed, highly organised and naturally proactive Travel Concierge / PA to support a high-profile creative UHNW Principal and their family.
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BOOKING COMPLEX INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL**
This is a role for someone who loves luxury travel, incredible hotels, unique experiences and making the impossible happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and managing complex, multi-destination international travel.
- Creating bespoke itineraries covering private jets, luxury hotels, transfers, restaurants and experiences.
- Managing last-minute changes and solving problems calmly and creatively.
- Building relationships with the best hotels, travel advisors, aviation providers and suppliers.
- Coordinating family logistics, lifestyle requests and personal administration.
- Supporting diary management, appointments, correspondence and family schedules.
- Organising events, celebrations, gifting, personal shopping and special occasions.
- Managing invoices, expenses, memberships, subscriptions and household records.
- Liaising with household staff, suppliers and external advisers to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Keeping detailed records of family preferences, travel history and trusted contacts.
- Anticipating needs and making sure every detail is taken care of.
You’ll be
- 3++ years experience
- Obsessed with travel and genuinely curious about the world.
- Experienced in luxury travel and UHNW.
- Exceptionally organised, detail-focused and resourceful.
- Confident in dealing with big travel budgets
- Calm under pressure and brilliant at finding solutions.
- Discreet, personable and confident dealing with high-profile individuals and suppliers.
- Someone who naturally delivers a five-star service.
