We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support a busy private practice. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment, working closely with a small team to keep things organised, efficient, and running as they should.
The Role - Administrative Assistant
- You’ll be helping manage the day-to-day admin and acting as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- The work is varied and requires someone who can stay on top of multiple things at once, use their judgement, and get things done properly.
What You’ll Be Doing as Administrative Assistant
- Answering calls and emails, and handling queries in a professional and straightforward way
- Booking and coordinating appointments across different locations
- Keeping records, systems, and correspondence accurate and up to date
- Preparing for and following up on daily schedules and sessions
- Managing general admin tasks, including payments and basic accounts queries
- Liaising with external providers and keeping everyone appropriately informed
- Tracking outstanding items and making sure nothing is missed
What We’re Looking For
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable managing competing priorities
- Reliable and discreet
- Willing to take responsibility and use initiative
