Overview

Prestigious, internationally acclaimed Hedge Fund needs an outstanding, academic and analytically minded TEMP to join their fantastic team as an ongoing TEMP HR Assistant.

The TEMP role includes:

  • Recruitment support – creating job specs, liaison with external organisations
  • Onboarding – background screening, hire inductions, systems set up
  • Operational support – HR processes, Compliance, Payroll, performance management, health and safety, Implementation of HR systems

5 days in

The TEMP - about you:

  • Some experience working in HR; will also look at internships, temping
  • 12 months+ experience working in an administrative role
  • Russell Group graduate or similar international university – First or 2.1, minimum AAB at A-level or equivalent essential!
  • Confident, quick, ‘can-do’ and solutions-oriented
  • Hard working and flexible attitude
  • Well-presented and professional
